Principle of operation
Powder coat application takes place the spray booth in an electrostatic environment. The powder booth sucks air along with the powder by a fan into the arrestor filters in front of the operator. The air is then filtered and passed back into the atmosphere of the working environment. The filters are cleaned separately using a unique nozzle which cleans the complete filter. The booth filters 99.98% of particles above 2 micron’s.
The spray cabin is constructed of mild steel which has been folded and welded prior to being powder coated and assembled.
