In addition, we have enhanced and expanded our research and development programme to seek improvements which add value. The M200 Micro has been developed with the experience and knowledge gained from the last 8 years of developing bespoke machines for the alloy wheel refurbishing market capable of machining alloy wheels up to 22 ins in diameter.

The Tema M200 Micro Alloy Wheel Lathe is our latest addition to the family of Alloy Wheel Machining lathes, the micro’s small footprint, wide access and touch screen controller construction make this a great proposition for any workshop large or small. Digitizing is by means of a laser probe with one touch in screen smoothing with simple to use layout.
The M200 micro is as truer thoroughbred as our other models designed & built to last comes in 2 single phase versions of which one can be made to run on a 13amp domestic supply and 3 phase. with easy access to all moving parts and automatic lubrication system fitted as standard. Built and designed in the United Kingdom.

Inverter controlled spindle drive, delivering constant spindle speed in combination with automatic cross feed delivers greater cutting accuracy and efficiency for facing work associated with the cutting of alloy wheels.

Inverter controlled spindle braking.

Automatic lubrication system fitted as standard for extended service life.

Operating Foot print:
The minimum clearance for the left and right access doors to open is 500 mm width and rear access 800 mm.

Foundation requirement:
A solid concrete floor slab, measuring no less than 150 mm In thickness not to include hard-core.
