Lenco M200 Mobile CNC Alloy Wheel Lathe

The Lenco M200 Mobile CNC Alloy Wheel Lathe is our latest addition to the family of Alloy Wheel Machining lathes, the M200 Mobile CNC has our smallest foot print, wide access front with touch screen controller. Light weight construction weighing just 625kg, making this a great proposition for both mobile and workshop use. Digitizing is by means of a touch probe with in screen smoothing and manipulating software in a simple to use layout.

The M200 Mobile has been developed, designed & built to cut wheels with the tyre in position. A single phase version which one can be made to run on a 13amp 220v domestic supply, with easy access to all moving parts and semi-automatic lubrication system fitted as standard.

Welded steel tube base braced eliminating internal residual stress.

AC main spindle motors which belt drive ballscrews

Inverter controlled spindle drive, delivering constant spindle speed in combination with automatic cross feed delivers greater cutting accuracy and efficiency for facing work associated with the cutting of alloy wheels.

Inverter controlled spindle braking

Manual lubrication system fitted as standard so covers do not need removing for extended service life.
